JONATHAN TOUBIN’s Annual HAUNTED HOP HALLOWEEN MIX is live! Hear it for FREE!

JONATHAN TOUBIN’s 2015 HAUNTED HOP Halloween 45s Mix by Jonathan Toubin on Mixcloud

Thunder! Lightening! Rain pounds against the night pavement! Among the black early morning silhouettes of sleepy Brooklyn row houses, a lone light from a faraway window penetrates the haze. You blindly trudge towards it, sloshing across muddy streets, pounding up three flights if stairs, and finally a creaking a door open to reveal JONATHAN TOUBIN wide awake and hard at work in his laboratory! A swarm of bats flap up towards your face and out into the night. Buried under piles of his spookiest old 45s, the mad DJ is sifting through the dusty artifacts, sewing them together, and bringing them back to life as one coherent monster for his 6th annual Halloween mix… All directly from the original 45s!

Dance to these scratchy gems (plus more than 150 from old Halloween mixes):
– October 29: Bowery Electric: Sally Can’t Dance Cramps Tribute
– October 30: Home Sweet Home: Shakin’ All Over Under Sideways Down
– October 31: Secret Project Robot: Double Feature: 10th Monster Mash meets 10th Annual Haunted Hop (thee climax!)
