Today is far too beautiful to sit behind the computer and do this for real – but, as its my duty to tell you what’s up, if I wasn’t DJ-ing at Enid’s all night (come dancing later!), I’d be at one of Williamsburg’s fine multi-band local bills tonight:

My first pick is definitely the Glasslands show: Ex-Models side project Knyfe Hits, with my favorite new band, the simply out-of-control Golden Triangle, and the Mighty Robot house band Robot Death Cult. The Robot is also contributing its consistently unusual and aesthetically right on projections.

My second pick is a bill down the street at Supreme Trading presented by Mr. Casey Zapp: Steven and Lauren’s new band, It Lives, Mr. Zachary Cale’s Illuminations, Jack Martin’s Dimestore Dance Band, and The Nasties.
